Travel of the mind
Follow me on Social Media to find more in depth looks at my travels to Rishikesh, India. Read along here as we travel deeper onto the path of self-realization.

It was always there
“The biggest drawback to understand, is the concept that ‘I’ am an entity, and secondly, that any concept ‘I’ have is the truth.” -Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

Coming SOON
Soon I will journey to Rishikesh India for my 300 hr Yoga Teacher Training. As I have started my online classes, I open up about my experience and how I plan to share with you my journey.

What if you knew…
What if everyone knew everything about you? What if you couldn’t hide who you are behind closed doors? Would you find yourself surrounded by others or alone? It’s worth the introspection into the layers that we call “me”.

Blessed
On Social Media we are often encouraged to give only our best. But what lies under the layers of all that illusion? Are we sharing in order for others to feel updated on what we are doing or are we sharing in order to feel validated by others? What lies at the heart of our words may not be as beautiful as we want others to think.

To be or not to be…Naked?
Are you comfortable with your body? How comfortable? Are you someone who never wants to be seen naked or are you dying for everyone to see your body by any means? This post dabbles in the perspectives of nudity in public and how maybe we can understand the veil of how we’ve always peeped.

My favorite Test
I’m going to share with you one of my favorite tips! This is not something I’ve heard anyone ever share. This tip is something that I realized on my own and I hope it will help you realize your potential also!

Don’t let the teacher fool you.
What does a teacher mean to you? Are we lifting ourselves up too high? Or can we humbly take a seat to see that the master is still before us?
“Love is the only Language I speak fluently.”
Do you speak a love language? Are you able to pull down your barriers and be completely vulnerable? Would you be willing to let go the scars of your past, in order to be fully present with love at the forefront? Dive deeper into this quote I found circling the internet and ask yourself truly if it is the language that you speak.
